The full planning application for the potential 100% affordable housing development at the Former WAAF Site has today been submitted to the National Planning Portal website, which in due course will be submitted it to Cornwall Council for validation. Full details of the proposal will be available on the Cornwall Council planning portal once the planning officers have validated the planning application.
Please note: Portreath Parish Council cannot advise of timescales for the validation of the application, this is solely in the hands of Cornwall Council planning officers. A link to the full application will be added to this page once the application is validated.
