How to access virtual council meeetings

In line with The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020. Portreath Parish Council is now allowed to meet ‘virtually’. The decision has been made to use the Zoom platform for these meetings and full council meetings will resume in this format on the 1st June 2020.

You can access these meetings via laptop or desktop computer, mobile devices and by telephone. It is important to remember that if accessing via computer or mobile device your username will be displayed on the screen during the meeting and if you are accessing by telephone you telephone number will be visible during the meeting. The meetings may also be recorded.

Details of how to access the meetings will be published on this page on the day of the meeting. If accessing by a computer or mobile device you will need an account with zoom. A basic account is free and you can sign up using the link below.
